  • Payment Due: Full payment is due upon completion of the described work.​

  • Late Payments: Payments not received within 30 days from completion are subject to interest at the highest amount lawfully allowed by contract in the state where the work was performed until paid.​

  • Disputed Invoices: If you believe an invoice is incorrect, you must notify us within seven (7) days after receipt.​

All residential parts and labor performed by MPE Services LLC are warranted for 365 days unless otherwise indicated in writing; all commercial parts and labor are warranted for 90 days. MPE Services LLC makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, and its agents or technicians are not authorized to make any such warranties on behalf of MPE Services LLC.​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.​
